APC Values

What does the APC stand for?

We believe that every human being has immense personal potential and it is our declared mission to help as many people as possible to achieve that potential through the provision of high-quality, professional and ethical coaching.  In order to do that, we are committed:

As an organisation, the Association for Professional Coaching holds the following set of Values and works with these in all of our endeavours. These Values are not just words, they are born out in our actions and built into our Code of Professional Conduct.

Quality - We work to ensure that all of our members enjoy an experience of the highest quality. This means that our interactions are always framed positively, our responses to questions and queries are always timely and any product or service that we provide is of the highest possible quality.


Professionalism - We see coaching and training as worthy professions and believe that practitioners at all levels should be treated with the corresponding courtesy, respect and value.


Ethics - Coaches and NLP professionals at all levels have the skills and awareness to develop great influence in the public AND private lives. We work tirelessly to encourage and motivate all of our members to behave with absolute integrity, to work in an ethical framework and to give absolute respect to their clients/customers.


Contribution - We encourage our members to recognise the positive contribution that they AND the Association bring to the world and to extend that contribution through charitable and voluntary services.
